Job Description:
Baldor Electric Company is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join our Belton, SC manufacturing facility. Our Manufacturing Technicians will be responsible for operating machining equipment to produce parts according to required specifications. They will work with little to no supervision as they interpret blueprints, use handheld tools and measuring equipment as required. At all times, they will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures. We are currently looking for successful candidates to join us on our night or weekend shift as described below:
Night shift (10-hr shift)
10:00 PM - 8:00 AM, begins Monday night, ends Friday morning
Weekend Shift
Friday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Saturday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Sunday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Monday (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Education:
HS Diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints preferred.
Previous machining experience (preferably with CNC Machinery) is preferred.
Basic
computer
skills and ability to download machine programs is a must.
Must be able to handle heavy lifting involved.
Gage reading experience is a plus.
Basic math skills (including knowledge of positive/negative numbers and decimals) are required.
Must possess ability to participate and contribute in a team environment.
Must be willing to learn multiple processes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
